More backstory on this magic American. He was out on electronic monitoring for murder. Crashed car and ran. Cops find a bag of weed, $8k and a loaded pistol (fully automatic) City prosecutors only charge him for the weed, not the gun. You or I with a full auto pistol would be going to jail but he's black, so he isn't.
