When I was raided by the j6 task force, a legal gun was found at my house. But nys charged me anyway. This makes me one of the only non violent j6ers to still have a felony as a result of j6. Please help. Please repost and share my situation. I don’t want to get left behind There are other j6ers like Me that got state charges as results of the federal raid. It could potentially be remedied by rewriting our pardons with language using fruit of the poisonous tree in it to remedy our state convictions using the evidence from the federal raid
