The #Pentagon leaker is being charged for exactly the same crimes that #HillaryClinton could have been charged for. But #JamesComey said, "Although there is evidence of potential violations regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case." Maybe he's thinking that she'd go to trial in D.C. where the #Democrats own the courts and where Democrats go free (e.g. #MichaelSussmann) and #J6 trespassers go to jail without a trial.
