I have a customer, who is a union foreman, (or was) A group that maintained the grounds, *group of guys who maintain all the buildings... like 200 guys, plumbers, electricians, drywallers, painters , lawn guys.. you name it.. a company that maintained the world trade center 24/7, there is alot of real estate to be kept up on.. He told me this story, He said that about a month before 911, another outside group of white unmarked van's started visiting the building daily... and his instruction was to allow them access to the buildings, at first the introductions of boss's then the tour or the grounds, *you got to understand that those buildings had many many story's of basement, there was a city under the buildings eventually after a few days, the white van men, started coming and going as they pleased.. it wasn't until one night that one of the over night crew guys noticed that the white van man, where bringing in rolling carts of jobox's the guy who raised concerned to my customer about the suspicious men moving shit in to the maintenance areas He died a week before 911. his funeral was 911 (*if i have the story right) and for that most of the grounds crew was away from the building that day, my friend said, he thinks they loaded the building with explosives, killed the guy who noticed and blew em up This man knew those buildings... he could give you detailed info on construction, all the behind the scene maintenance corridors... The whole "building inside a building" and a "city in the ground" IF you know how a newyorker is... then you would understand if you heard his voice tell this story,
