Woman is bitching because she is getting arrested for driving without a license. She had ten tickets prior with one just a few days ago for the same offence. NC Sheriff is arresting her and impounding her vehicle. I'm guessing she votes Democrat. Do you think she'll learn her lesson? I'm voting NO.
