So, Tom/Montalk and I have participated in joint roundtables with other panelists....done interviews separately on our own.........and even participated in an interview together with James Bartley earlier this year. But now for the first time ever we have done our own podcast series, just us together, nobody else. Woohoo!!! I've been so excited about this, people have no idea. πŸ˜† This is something that we've been wanting to do for the past few years, but never got around to it. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLOv5VO93tTMYyyn1rwbpQiE-Wtp1lyaxX I was inspired to revisit the idea of doing something like this after all the various interviews Tom's done over the years, a lot of which have had issues. When you're interviewing with strangers (or doing roundtables, like we did years ago) you're at the mercy of a lot of things, most of which are outside of your control. Namely, the subject matter your interviewers decide they want to talk about, since it's their show that they're inviting you on. May not be the ideal subject matter you want to discuss. You're also at the mercy of their organization (or lack thereof.....) and reliability. :/ I've experienced THAT one firsthand when it came to at least one interview. It was a freaking NIGHTMARE for multiple reasons. "Just get through this and be done with it and you'll never have to do this with him again....!" It was a "one and done" deal. Then dealing with others' interviewing/discussion styles, which may not be a good fit. Can consist of various issues. (getting interrupted/cut off in the middle of a good thought train, them missing the point, etc.....) Not having enough time, because again it's their show, so they dictate the length. So you can't get through everything you planned to get through, and important stuff never makes it out there. (That's an issue that's always plaguing Tom specifically in interviews. I've never had that one.) Which ties into not having the ability to really DRILL DOWN on certain topics the way you may want to, and the way it ideally needs to be. And then being on camera. That adds a whole other level of issues. Have to be mindful of your movements, have to be mindful of your positioning in the frame, being self conscious of how you look......etc. etc. !!! Though I will say this - my experiences on both In Other News Radio with Geoff Brady/HiddenDimension here on Gab, as well as with James Bartley were awesome. Including me and Tom's recent joint interview with James. So none of what I say here applies to them. And when I speak of roundtable issues, I'm not talking about the ones we did with James, Eve Lorgen, Bernhard Guenther, Lauda Leon, etc. Those ones were AMAZING. It was the Rise roundtables from around 2014 or so. But I know Tom has had his issues with various interviews over the years, including those Rise roundtables, and I've also experienced some issues. So 2023 kicked in and we decided to revisit this concept of doing something together. Mainly I wanted to give Tom the opportunity to do the biggest, most ultimate interview thing of all time. Where it's nothing but the subjects HE wants to talk about. Basically "what are the #1 things YOU would want to discuss above all else?" Where WE would be in full control of everything, from start to finish. And being that it's only us means we're going to be on the same wavelength, so it will always just flow. And we won't be on camera, so we can be fully relaxed. And where we can take all the time we want, drill down as far as we need to, and won't have to be dealing with ANY of the nonsense that can happen when you're doing shows with strangers. So that was the plan. (CONTINUED IN ATTACHED COMMENT..... πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡ )
