I currently reside in the State of New York. The working class is languishing under difficult conditions. Our taxes for property, State fees for non-existent services, and our own income tax have been difficult enough. The poor COVID-19 response has eliminated jobs, like mine, with little prospect of ever being compensated for my expertise again! The relinquishing of the streets to mob activity coupled with restriction on self defense are leaving us defenseless! And also, as you know, our Governor is actively covering up his mistreatment of female staffers and the elderly in nursing homes. I am over 65, but thankfully male and very ugly, so I am only at risk in one of these categories!
As I live in a one party state, with a corrupt governor who will not face an effective challenge, I am petitioning your office for asylum. Unlike the Wall Street executives who have found refuge in Miami, and still support his candidacy, I am unable to “Escape from New York”! (Credit acknowledgment to Kurt Russell) If I am not vaccinated, the issue will not be traveling to Florida, but whether I will be permitted to leave!
I know that this may sound like an “Obi Ron, you’re our only hope” appeal. I fear God so I place my expectations upon Him! But I do have the plans for the “Death Star” New York has become. Maybe that will help my petition!
