Criminal and immigration back ground checks for elected and appointed office 6. U.S. Constitution testing for all running for elected and appointed office. 90% test passing required 7. No illegals shall ever vote or run for federal elected office or be permitted in appointed office 8. The whole of federal government is restricted from mandating actions for any health crises or pandemics. 9. Perjury = immediate removal from office, elected or appointed 10. Voter ID, and citizenship required to vote federally in all states 11. Paper ballots only in all states 12. No political gerrymandering in all states. By population only. 13. The Federal Government or it's NGO's shall NOT offer any grants, private or public, while the national debt is greater than 10% of the GNP 14. No federal government agency will investigate themselves. All investigations conducted by the many states. 15. No person running for political office shall take campaign money from anyone other than their direct constituents. No foreign money.
