Its not really a question of of the Clancy trial will result in a hung jury (it will) but I am very interested in hearing what the breakdown of the jurors was. If it really was 3v9, men vs. women, I think you could say this is the moment in time the gender war went hot formally. Also important to note that while there is no limit on retrials due to hung juries a judge can dismiss a case "with prejudice" if they feel a person's Constitutional right to a speedy trial is violated. I mention this because I feel like even the retrial will result in a hung jury.
