Bottom 2%: “People are not going to like this. You are not being oppressed by the top 2% of society. You are being oppressed by the bottom 2% of society. And the bottom 2% of society have caused all of the manifest problems in your lives are caused by the bottom 2% of society.” By definition, those bottom 2% are not those in economicallymic disadvantaged groups, but those criminals, drug cartels, fraudsters, etc., all of them consuming enormous amounts of social resources that should have been used for social improvements.
