And yes, it's currently minus six degrees in the mornings, so people are freezing in their homes. According to the Berlin police, there have been an increase in burglaries, with robbers trying to break into people's homes or businesses, as well as robbing ATMs. The city's energy system was attacked, presumably by a left-extremist group called Vulkangruppe. They claim to be fighting against the rich and climate change by destroying infrastructure. The mayor of Berlin has just confirmed that everyone who was affected by the power outage and registered in a hotel where there was still electricity will get their money back."
