In the United States of America, the Constitution protects the right of any citizen to question the veracity or truth of any reported claim dealing with historic or current events. In my opinion, Alex was within his rights questioning the events reported and officially claimed surrounding the Sandy Hook situation. The state did not protect Alex's rights, it ignored them. We still do not know the truth about what really happened at Sandy Hook. The subject is taboo. Court slashes $50M judgment against Infowars’ Alex Jones over falsely calling school shooting a hoax.
