I think maybe the reason the Trump lawsuit against big tech rubs me the wrong way is because it's a reminder that unless you can afford a lawyer, and a very expensive lawsuit, and years of your life devoted to this lawsuit (or people to handle it for you), most people have absolutely no power when their rights are violated. It's like that David French piece the other day that said the way to fight critical race theory is to fight it out in the courts for violating the Civil Rights Act(s). Who has that money? That time? Especially when something is so time-sensitive, like a child's education or the government making more and more contracts with a "private company" and banning more and more candidates for office?
