https://youtu.be/tbfm4iWYLRE?is=SHhFpK6ObpxzZDSj I aggre with a lot of what this guy said as well as the overall message, but for the record he did get something wrong when mentioning "long distance running". What I mean is, Africans are not better at long distance running. They are better at short distance running. Asians have slow pace muscle fibers which are best for long distance running and longer lasting athletic capacity before getting muscle fatigued. Africans have fast pace muscle fibers making for robust quick burst which is great for pouncing on unexpecting prey from short distances as well as being great for sprinting. Whites have balanced pace muscle fibers which are inbetween which prevents us from needing to sacrifice the ability to adapt to long distance and/or short distance running. We are reasonably robust and reasonably able to last long time before getting muscle fatigue. A lot of people are mislead(by intention) to assume that the athletic advantages for short distance sprints are the same as athletic advantages for long distance running when in reality they are opposite and counter productive to each other when being on one far side of the scale or the other. The closest thing to having your cake and eat it too in that particular regard is having balanced muscle fibers.
