How much stock to put in this, I have no idea. I take everything regarding #Ukraine with a big dose of salt. I am pretty sure Ukraine is corrupt from head to toe. It had that reputation long before this war started, and is a chief reason that I have never really given a rat's rear end about it. Who cares which group of thugs rules the place?
