Well the cocksuckers did it again. Despite hundreds of new listings and most places not selling, or selling for below ask, the State says our property value went up 339K. Who else is gonna mail in their protest for appraisal review? This amounts to fraud - we're essentially being taxed on unrealized gains via hyper inflated home values in a market that is locked up by retards who think it's still 2021. Just for fun, I'm gonna have one of my real estate contacts pull the latest comps for similar properties in CFalls. This is fucking bullshit and I hope everyone files for appeal/re-appraisal and can access hard data to support their case.
