How about we shut down the United States military. Take their yearly budget and put it in two piles. One pile goes back to the tax payers. The other pile we give to the Taliban in exchange for defending the US from invasion. Seems like it would work to me. After all the Taliban already have millions of dollars of our military equipment that our women in uniform couldn't hold on to.
