I very recently started a diet and weightlifting. Here is my strategy to reduce my belly fat and gain muscle. In the morning, I eat my fat (about 1 teaspoon flax meal, an almond, 2 pistachios) and grain (about ⅛ cup raw oats). I try to eat about a gram of protein per pound bodyweight throughout the day. After my morning meal, I have creatine monohydrate. I have Thorne multivitamins (AI recommended), spices, and a tiny amount of beef jerky. The rest is raw vegetables and fruits. I try not to eat much of the sweeter ones. My protein sources are lean chicken breast and whey protein isolate (from Transparent Labs because of AI). I want to find better, more vegan, or cheaper protein sources. The priority is low fat (especially saturated) and low in simple carbs. I mostly made this up. Nutrition Audio books: I read How Not to Diet by Michael Greger. I’m currently reading Bigger Leaner Stronger by Michael Matthews and Nutrition Made Clear by Roberta H. Anding. I might get the Udemy course: Nutrition Masterclass by Felix Harder. Measurements on 3/3 148.8 pounds waist 34.0625 inches 5’ 11” Photos show inhale, exhale, and neutral.
