I've been seeing an awful lot of quote-posts that say "The quoted status is unavailable", and I just assumed they were all posts that got deleted or were timed to self-destruct. But this evening I got suspicious by the sheer number of "unavailable" posts, and tried opening one in a new tab... and lo and behold, the "quoted status" was still very much available!
