Colonialism is a wonderful thing. It spread civilization to Africa. Before it they had no written language, no wheel as we know it, no schools, no hospitals, not even normal clothing. Colonialism built Africa and India. The only structures still standing post-imperialism are European made, even the railroads. Their cognitive dissonance is why they blame post-independence failure on the West. They refuse to acknowledge, at least publicly, they are incapable of self-governance. These people aren’t used to Western government, only tribal and primitive laws. It’s why in India a cow is worth more than a human, or in Africa why they so easily give in to a cannibalistic warlord. Instead of returning to the fold and learning from those who brought civilization and common law, they leech financially. Reparations for what? Building functional transport? Architecture that withstands time and neglect? #Colonialism #Africa #India
