Remove that center— and the loop loses its anchor. ⸻ THE MOMENT OF INTERRUPTION When that center drops out—even briefly— something unusual happens: • reaction slows • compulsion weakens • clarity appears Not because you gained control— but because: there is less “someone” to control. ⸻ THE TRUE SHIFT Not becoming better. Not becoming pure. Not escaping anything. Just seeing, directly: The “self” you thought was running everything is part of what’s happening—not the source of it. ⸻ WHAT REMAINS Life doesn’t disappear. • thoughts still arise • emotions still move • actions still happen But without the same weight of ownership.
