#QualifiedImmunity doesn't legally exist. It's a fiction. Their oaths cancel Qualified Immunity. The oath #Police take is a legally binding contract. When a #Cop violates that oath, they have abandoned their oath and duty, and are committing a felony. Education is crucial when fighting them in court.
