@RevReins Just a heads up.. since I've been given to understand that we can't PM on Gab I'll put it here in the group. @ConstitutionPartyServices is Mario Mariotti He has ZERO official status with the National Constitution Party. There is NO such entity as Constitution Party Services affiliated with our party. He is not authorized to use our name or logo. In fact, he has been asked to stop using our name and logo and refuses to do so. He has been issued a formal Cease & Desist from the CP of MA (his home state) and he continues to defiantly ignore it. He runs a paypal account that uses our party NAME https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/constitutionparty and claims he "was" the Eastern Regional CO-chairman (formerly he falsely claimed he was the Eastern Regional Chairman which he only changed after I pointed out that he was outright lying) and he FALSELY implies he is somehow affiliated with the party and that you are donating to build the party. He is NOT registered with the FEC and is in violation of several Federal Campaign Election laws. Neither the National Constitution Party, nor the Massachusetts Constitution Party, has seen ONE SINGLE THING that suggests Mr Mariotti has used any of the donations he received for anything but his own personal sustenance. As an appointed regional co-chairman he refused to work with anyone else in our leadership. For this very reason he was not elected to remain in any office or official capacity at the national level. As regional co-chairman, he refused to turn over any information about monies he had collected "on behalf of the party" while using his title to solicit donations. After he left his office, he refused to turn over any of his documentation, names, contacts, information to the incoming chairman. He runs a jotform that collects personal information from people who are mislead to believe he works with our party. He remains headstrong and defiant. Be cautioned in any dealings you have with him.
