I did have a sticker on my truck that said “my other ride is a C-130.” I never festooned it with lots of regime military stickers. Now that my state gives free license plates to military retirees, I will take advantage for my vehicles, but if I had my way, I’d have a plain state tag. I never stand for this “honoring service” stuff. I didn’t agree with 20 years of bombing Muslims because of 9/11 and feel badly I was part of what Obi Wan called a “damned-fool idealistic crusade.”
