This is Volgograd, located east of the Ukraine, the fifteenth-largest city in Russia, formerly known as "Stalingrad". It is whiter than any American city ----- about 96% White. The Russians, along with small groups of Tatars, Azerbaijanis, Kazaks, live in complete harmony. Putin has the right policies for the coexistence of whites and minorities, no one hates each other, so different from the hysterical Western world.
