@lauraloomer MUST WATCH: KristinaKaramo is the Chairwoman of the Michigan GOP @migop. She is registered in Nevada as the President of a shell company called Unauthorized. In this interview from 10/10/2023, Karamo’s own Executive Director Matt Meck said Karamo is the president of “Unauthorized”, and in his own words, he said “I am reaching out to get some grassroots Democrats on the Board, because we are non partisan.” In this clip, Meck was speaking for “Unauthorized” and Karamo when he said “we will support you, I don’t care if you’re a Democrat, Republican or independent.” Why, as the Chairwoman of the Michigan GOP MIGOP, is @KristinaKaramo a part of an organization that is telling Democrats and independents to schedule a consult in they are interested in running for office and is illegally telling these candidates how they can backdoor their funds for “tax write offs” with the Center for Security Policy while the group Unauthorized was not even approved by the IRS?? You can’t get tax write offs for C4s. This is beyond illegal and totally unethical to be telling candidates to use a C3 to get funds for their political work. Mind you, in Meck’s own words he said “Democrats, Republicans and independents.” That is the definition of MONEY LAUNDERING. The Nevada business registration website still has Karamo legally listed as the President of “Unauthorized”. Kristina Karamo needs to explain why she is listed as the President of a registered Nevada Shell company that is working with Democrats. The interview below is from 10/10/2023, and Karamo has been the Chairwoman of Michigan GOP since February 18, 2023 and is still legally listed as President of this group which was officially formed on paper on 4/5/2023 in Nevada. This means that for nearly her entire term as the CHAIRWOMAN of the Michigan GOP, Karamo has been The President of a group that is working to help get Democrats and Independents elected across the country in the key swing states that President Trump needs in order to win re-election. They sloppily admitted on camera to using securefreedom as a pass through. President Trump needs Michigan in order to win in 2024. The current GOP chair KristinaKaramo is setting him up for failure and is actively helping Democrats by being involved in this shell company. Karamo needs to immediately RESIGN. This is not only unethical, but the structure of her company is also illegal as I just explained and exposed in detail. This is an op that needs to be shut down, Kristina.
