INTELLIGENCE LAWS HAVE NO TEETH WHEN IT COMES TO ABUSE BY THOSE BIG FISH. None. I've tried to tell citizens this for 5 years straight. Most of you know how bad the Patriot Act is when it comes to abuse. But that's only one of them. WE HAVE TO FORCE CONGRESS NEXT YEAR TO CHANGE THEM.
