Another strange event--The column on the left side? Where it says "Group", then below that in faint letters the sub-heads read 'Menu', 'Shortcuts' and 'Explore'?? Listed under my Shortcuts are 2 names of people I've BLOCKED--how did that happen?? How do I get RID of them? Right-click does nothing.
