Made a big batch of orange-lime marmalade the past couple of days (yes, it’s a 2-day process). I experimented using Oui yogurt jars and Weck 60mm lids and gaskets. Woke up this morning and checked on them. They all sealed beautifully! The only failure I had, was the one half-pint jar with the Ball metal lid: it didn’t seal. I had another half-pint jar using a HarvestGuard lid, and it sealed just fine. (You can see them in the back, in this picture.)
