This is a $80,000 house wearing a $364,000 price tag. 20 years ago, this is basically what a $80K house looked like. Nothing fancy. Nothing huge. Just a normal starter home. Now it’s $364,000. I know everything costs more than it did 20 years ago, but seeing it like this is still WILD.
