Breakdown: 🍜 Stir-fried noodles → massive portion. Firm, crispy noodles topped with gravy. Not a solo order — gets a little rich/heavy. 🍚 Fried rice → serious wok hei, every grain distinct. Loaded with mustard greens and asparagus. 🥬 Seasonal veggies → splash of rice wine takes the fragrance to another level. 🍄 Stir-fried mushrooms → pure soy-braise flavor. Highly recommend.
