Old mafia trick, now in US - Collect money from taxpayers. - Buy a lot of war technology. - Sell it to terrorists without paperwork. - Simulate a surprise appropriation, a robbery. -Excellent! You won a big commission and your client didn't pay taxes. And I thought this was only a trick used in my birth place.
