@ValkDart @martingeddes In need of legal advice: Just got out of booking for being arrested at the DMV for “criminal trespass” Needed to renew my license and was informed I could not be in the facility without a mask. I disagreed and had to wait outdoors to speak with the facility manager. He said the same and I told him he cannot prevent me from public service when the mandates are not law. He told me I was not coming in and I proceeded anyway and that he cannot stop my entry. He said, fine but you have to stand here pointing toward the corner. I told him no, that I am going to sit with the other patrons, which I did. He called the police and when they arrived they said I needed to wear a mask or leave. I disagreed and asked what law I was violating. They could not tell me, so I said that I’m not leaving since I was not in violation of any law(s). I told them they can cite me or arrest if they wish, but that I am not in violation. Told them they were the ones violating law(s) and that I am legal here without a mask ----- When you go to court subpoena the local heath board and ask them to provide you with material evidence that the covid 19 virus has been isolated. They can’t. At which point every mandate made in that district will have to be rescinded since there is no covid 19 in which to base their mandates
