The AANR is the American Association for Nude Recreation. Clubs and resorts that are members of AANR specifically ban open sexual activity OF ANY KIND in public at any member club on pain of banishment for life. You folks would be blown away about how people can gather socially, have burger roasts, play music, watch PG movies, interact, play water volleyball, Tennis and have fun...like at one of those "Villages" places in Florida, except that clothing is optional. No sex, no comments, no propositions, no rude touching, no nothing. All these things are considered to be EXPLICIT. I trust a crowd of nude, elderly folks more than I could ever trust a similar crowd that was wearing cloths. There is a joke there. No "Concealed carry". I see nurses, school teachers, bankers, families with little kids..LITTLE KIDS! are safe at an AANR affiliated club. Everyone has to survive an FBI criminal background check. So there are no perverts, no child molesters, no pedophiles, no trouble makers, no cameras and kids are never "groomed" for anything except how to swim, be polite and respect their elders. Sounds refreshing doesn't it! You'd be surprised how many people ON THIS SITE would not be allowed to enter an AANR affiliated resort. My point is that mere nudity is not equal to sex. And someone doing nothing but just standing around nude is not explicit. It's the most basic form of free speech. The most "explicit" form of self-confidence. That's what the kids gain from being there. They grow up without shame. Little girls grow up without body image issues. So do little boys. They see each other, see that they are built by God differently, see that it's no big deal...then they go play in the pool just like any other little kids.
