Today, I started I the process of freeing up some of my canning jars in which I have various dried goods stored and which don't really need to be in glass. I know glass is ideal but a plastic container will work for dehydrated goods and I need to put those containers to good use.  So far, I have freed up at least 12 jars. 😊. But I'm not nearly finished this project yet...
