It looks like we are going to have a much better harvest of Fuyu Persimmons this Autumn and I have plans to make persimmon salsa and can up some jars. Since I can't find a salsa recipe with persimmons, I figured a peach salsa recipe would work by just substituting the fruit. Last year's harvest was really skimpy. I picked the lone Tromboncino squash this morning. I don't see any more female flowers. 😕 Lastly, I have both dehydrators full of carrots and onions. We came home from the gym, walked into the house and, wow! The onions nearly knocked us out! 😂😂 But some of the onions turned pink. Curious!
