_Brian Cates @ Telegram:_ (A series of consecutive posts) Project Veritas got raided by a faction within the DOJ over the Ashley Biden diary. But citizen journalists have had the far more incriminating Biden Crime family laptop in their hands with all that evidence on it for over a year...and for some arcane and sorcerous reason, none of them have been raided by the FBI. Nothing you're being told adds up. Remember that. So if you believe Ziegler, Maxey and Tore, that they are in charge of what is or is not publicly revealed from off of that laptop, they get to decide when it's revealed, and that they're doing this on their own, no federal oversight whatsoever, then you've got a major elephant in the room. You're being asked to believe the Deep State is in 'hands off' mode as these people spent the past 9 months bickering over what to release, when to release it, who released what first, and who gets credit, etc. I call BULLSHIT. Neither Tore, Ziegler or Maxey have any control over when previously undisclosed evidence being used in sealed federal grand jury proceedings gets made public. Am I making myself clear here? Everybody on the same page? If a private citizen really did make an unauthorized disclosure of key evidence in a federal case under seal being heard in secret by a grand jury, that person would have their ASS ARRESTED SO FAST it would make their head spin. Again: Am I the only freaking journalist in America who understands how this actually works? This is why I never seriously considered accepting the offer Ziegler made to me last July. He was telling me he wanted to show me as yet publicly undisclosed evidence off of the laptop so I could write about it. When I asked why he wanted me to do that for him when he could just write about the new evidence himself, he told me he want to avoid the legal liability for making such disclosures. I instantly grasped what he was saying. Do you? Ziegler's problem is that he assumes everybody he approached with this offer was an idiot. But I'm not an idiot. I'm one of the most intelligent people he's ever encountered in his short life. In a brief series of questions I got him to admit to me he was looking for a patsy. But I'll never be anybody's patsy. That's why in the screenshots of the conversation he's publicly posted - without my permission, of course - he carefully excludes the part about legal liability that we discussed.
