#Texas NOTE: See update, here: https://gab.com/GuardAmerican/posts/108370275550545536 This wrenching footage shows armed police pinning parent Javier Cazares to the ground who said, “Let’s just rush in because the cops aren’t doing anything like they are supposed to.” Mr. Cazares’ daughter was killed in the 40 minutes police waited, apparently for a SWAT team to arrive. Most if not all forces today have a policy to immediately drive toward and neutralize a shooter, even at the risk of officer life. But then there is doing it. And they did not. And something is really broken in America.
