#SanFrancisco This cow-town spent $20 MILLION to deliver a total of 16 vodka shots to a total of 55 people over the last FOUR years as part of a “harm reduction” program. That would be $1.25 MILLION per vodka shot delivered. To drunks. I am sure there was absolutely no grift nor corruption going on.
