Making progress. Got about half of them up. The heat is just brutal. Have to watch everyone to make sure they don’t get in trouble. Had a couple staring to get heat exhaustion. Rigged up a pulley system and pull the trusses upright with my side by side winch. After we got the process down it works really well.
