The Treviso Police Headquarters has issued five warnings for bullying, applying the recent Caivano Decree, which allows for intervention even for individuals under the age of fourteen who cannot be held criminally responsible. In addition to formal measures, young people are offered the opportunity to undertake an educational and empowerment program in collaboration with the local health authority.
