Do some SS#s begin with a 9 a Because per Wikipedia, Isn’t any SS number with a 9 mean it’s a Corporate EIN but we are talking about individuals with needs? And who actually goes out to the Day Care Centers in each County in each state to make sure they are attending so Horizon and Aetna and Fidelis and United gets paid? Or, does the Day Care Center submit it? How reliable is their list.
