A stunning day out here in New Zealand, and getting lots of cheers on course! Gave my absolute best and I’m very happy with this first win of the year. A victory that is for my Brazilian friend Luisa Baptista @luisabaptistad 🇧🇷. After a serious bike accident in December this beautiful girl is fighting every day for her life and way to recovery. I’m just super grateful that we get the opportunity to race, and enjoy the sport of triathlon.
