>Roll out puff pastry >Line with cream cheese, spice of choice, jalapeno (I use candied), shredded cheese & chopped bacon. >Fold like quesadilla >Cut into strip & twist. >Coat in egg wash & bake at 350/golden brown. > Serve with ranch, or hot pepper jam. Do it.
