Owl Wise Wisdom September 6 2026 Some days I wonder if my life makes a difference, or if anything I do or say matters to anyone—or just to the handful of people polite enough to pretend it does. The truth is, none of us really know if what we say or do is important to anyone but ourselves. Still, that shouldn’t stop us from plowing ahead, because time marches on whether we’re in step or tripping over our shoelaces. We just have to notice how others react and decide if our efforts are worth it or just as useful as a chocolate teapot. Doing nothing, even if nothing comes of doing something, is usually worse than doing nothing while waiting for someone else to do it for you.
