#shooting #cartheft I'm going to say it out loud... If the law was that you could shoot at people rummaging through your car guess what? Nobody would do it anymore. I threw a water balloon at a guys parked car when I was 16 as what I thought was a harmless prank. I got picked up by the back of the neck and slammed on the ground. Guess what?
