🏜💧Engineers appear to have stabilized, at least temporarily, the water level at Lake Mead at 4 ft above the level where hydroelectric power cuts begin at Hoover Dam. Lake Powell continues to drop by approximately 1 ft every 10 days. (- 1.1 ft in the last 2 weeks). Lake Powell is 27 ft above its Minimum Power Pool. There's a lot of fear mongering AI slop videos out there right now about Colorado River water. The issue is serious enough without those. I recommend videos from real people with boots-on-the-ground like John at Desert Rat Explorations on YouTube (link in comments).
