1989 - Hulk Hogan and that other wrestler talked about how the Twin Towers would come crashing down, this was in 1989 and they were talking about some other wrestlers they were going to fight. But they did use the analogy of the buildings their names were inspired from. This was 12 years before 2001 when those skyscrapers fell.
