As a web designer, I don't mind if your website sucks. It takes time, money, etc, to make a good website. . Facebook has billions of dollars, has been around for 17 years from 2004 to 2021, this current year, and it still sucks. While I was writing this, they deleted all of this. I wrote so much and before clicking post, it disappeared and Facebook said something went wrong. Give me a break. Well, I was going to say most people don't know the Internet. . Imagine if the Internet was all the oceans of the earth and all the stars in space, most people have been only in a pond in their backyard or a drop of water from their sink, they've not been to the waterfalls of Asia or glaciers of the North Pole. I speak in metaphor. Most people working at Facebook sucks. Had they hired Oatmeal Joey Arnold, I could have made things better. . For example, you watch a video and then exit. But then the video pops up in the corner and starts playing even if you stopped or paused it. You watch a video and then scroll down, that causes the video to pop up in the bottom corner to play. These are insane features. But there are many other examples of how bad the user interface (UI), how things got worse, and I am not even talking about censorship. You would think things would get better over the years but they are getting worse and I am just speaking about how the website works, the buttons, links, how it works, the layout of the website, how it all functions, the details, the structure. . Most people don't know much about the Internet, over 2 billion accounts made on Facebook so far, and most people don't know any better. They have not thought much about it. See, if people knew better, they would be complaining but most people are not. I can talk all day about what Facebook had in 2006 when I first joined it compared with what it has now in 2021. You have no idea. Like, that is the crazy thing about it. There are so many bugs Facebook has now that it didn't have years ago. . The only thing worse is the fact that most people are domesticated on Facebook. You live inside a cat house and should go out and hunt mice, fish, birds. You should explore forests, jungles, the world. But you stay inside the cat house of Facebook. And even worse, you have no idea how small and broken your cat house. You think Facebook is well designed. As a web designer, I can tell you it is poorly designed or even worse is that it is designed badly on purpose to drive people insane. . So, you are going insane mostly because your subconscious is aware of how retarded Facebook is and yet you choose to accept it as Facebook is your mommy. You are dependent on Facebook like a drug addict. I am not. That is the difference. I am not on Facebook. I am not here. But you are. . Like Neo in the Matrix. Neo is not in the Matrix. I am not in Facebook. There is a world outside Facebook. And then there is the Internet too.
