Facebook hired thousands of staff to curate, moderate, edit, delete, remove, suspend, hide, deactivate, flag, block, ban, etc. However, most of the censorship you see on Meta is done by AI, the software, automatically as opposed to manually.

Smaller groups, pages, videos, photos, memes, accounts, etc, are less likely to have staff and others manually reviewing posts, comments, interaction, etc. My guess would be anything less than 100,000 people is less likely to be on the highest radar alert for Facebook staff. Generally speaking, they're only focusing on whatever has the biggest reach, they are limited to focusing on whatever the top 100 or top 1000 or whatever the number might be for any given day. Facebook generally is split into international regions meaning they do have staff in different countries who will generally review what is being shared and posted in their neck of the woods. So, for example, Facebook has an Asia department. Facebook has a North America region. They may even break it up per country. Maybe not every country. So, staff are paid to even go through private messages, conversations, etc. They at least have access to look at any time if they want to for any reason or no reason at all.

A group as small as this one may not have actual Facebook staff, assuming they don't have like over a million staff members. This group only has a thousand members and there are so many groups on Facebook with a million members and even more with over 100,000 members. This group is very small when compared to larger groups. I cannot say staff are never ever here sometimes looking around. But I can say it is less likely, less probable statistically speaking, that is the smaller a gathering. That is not to say there are no leftists or whoever else running around who may show up here to flag, to cry, to comment, to whatever that they do. But don't assume that is the only thing that may be happening when this runs into censorship, etc.

However, you can expect the biggest problem on Facebook to be the AI and it has been this way for years. I started noticing Facebook Censorship at least by 2010, that means eleven years ago as it is 2021 right now, I am Oatmeal Joey Arnold at Joeyarnoldvn, I joined FB in 2006 or 2007, around 13 or 14 years ago. I can tell you a whole lot about what I have seen over the years.

So far, the most common thing that happens is that the AI will be programmed to put a message at the bottom of every post that uses the c word for example, not Cookies-19. So, if you want to beat Facebook at its own game, talk in code, use memes, be creative, get around the censors, encourage others to do the same. I'm not saying never ever talk directly or whatever. I'm not saying there is never a time or place to use the v word, the Cookie-19 Stoppers, the v000kc11nnes, for example. Do what you want, you got freewill, may wisdom fill you up with a path as opportunities come your way.....
